Every dish starts with broth that's been on the stove since before we opened. The noodles come out of our hands, not a bag.

Lunch and dinner, done right
We open at 11 for lunch — quick bowls, no frills, ready in five minutes. Dinner starts at 5, and that's when the small plates come out: pan-fried dumplings, chili oil eggs, braised greens, grilled corn. Same broths, same noodles, more to explore.
