No reservation needed — pull up a stool whenever you're hungry. The counter is small and fills fast, especially at lunch and dinner rush, so expect a friendly wait during peak hours. The line moves quick, and there's something good about standing shoulder-to-shoulder with other noodle lovers, watching the bowls come together.
